This Convention is hereby formulated in order to regulate barter debt settlement transactions and protect the legitimate rights and interests of creditors and debtors.
Article 2 Definitions
Mass Barter Platform: refers to a platform for barter settlement transactions, an online platform that provides barter services for creditors and debtors.
Creditor: refers to the party with clear claims in the transaction, and the individual or institution that holds the receivables.
Debtor: Refers to the party who has a clear debt in the transaction, and the person or institution that bears the debts payable.
Barter: It refers to the way in which creditors and debtors resolve debts through the mass barter platform to transform debt problems into commodity exchange problems.
Chapter II Barter Debt Settlement Transaction Process
Article 3 Understand the debt situation
Creditors and debtors should fully understand the debt situation, including the amount of the debt, the repayment period, the interest rate, etc.
Both parties agree to learn more about it through the messaging system on the Volkswagen Barter platform.
Article 4 Determine the exchange plan
According to the debt situation and the needs of both parties, determine a certain commodity exchange plan on the platform.
The two parties can submit an application for debt settlement through the public barter platform, explaining the detailed exchange plan.
Article 5 Negotiation and Consensus
The creditor and the debtor negotiate fully and reach an agreement.
The parties shall enter into a formal agreement through the mass barter platform specifying the goods or services exchanged, the details of the transaction, etc.
Value evaluation: The price of the goods listed on the Volkswagen barter platform is the price of the system using the customs import clearance data, and the two parties jointly recognize the price of the Volkswagen barter platform.
Article 6 Signing of Contract
After an agreement is reached, the parties sign a formal contract.
The contract should include key information such as a description of the goods or services exchanged, the duration of the transaction, etc.
Article 7 Execution of Contract
According to the contract, the parties begin to carry out the barter transaction, including the delivery of goods or services, payment and other steps.
If there is any problem in the implementation process, it should be communicated and solved through the public barter platform in a timely manner.
Article 8 Supervision and Enforcement
After the transaction is completed, both parties need to supervise the implementation of the contract to ensure the fairness and reasonableness of the transaction.
In the event of a dispute, the parties may seek assistance in resolving the dispute through the customer service of the Barter Platform.

Not suitable for all types of debt problems, it may be difficult to find a suitable exchange scheme.
It may take time and resources to negotiate and execute the transaction.
Chapter IV Participation Mechanisms
Article 11 User Feedback Channel
Provide user feedback channels to accept users' opinions and suggestions on barter debt settlement transactions.
Users can submit feedback through the Volkswagen Barter platform.
Article 12 Price evaluation system
Set up a price evaluation system that allows users to rate and comment on barter transactions.
The comments of users will serve as a reference for improving the barter mechanism.
Chapter 5 Conclusions
Article 13 Entry into Force and Modification
This Convention shall enter into force on the date of promulgation.
If necessary, the Barter Platform has the right to amend this Convention and notify the User in advance.
Article 14 Applicable Law
The applicable law of this Convention shall be the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Article 15 Dispute Resolution
Disputes under this Convention shall be settled through friendly negotiation between the two parties, and if the negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction for resolution.
